Civil Field Coordinator -Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years industrial civil construction experience required to include steel erection, excavation, and concrete.3 years minimum specific experience in a concrete installation classification. Combined cycle experience preferred. Understanding of heavy civil installation equipment required The Civil coordinator will monitor and facilitate the work of the Contractor and his Sub Contractors, and assist the Project Civil Lead in administration of the contract(s). Some of the job responsibilities will include: Establish and maintain a safe work environment. Plan and coordinate, as applicable, project activities to ensure completion within schedule and budget requirements. Ensure the quality requirements of the applicable plans, specifications and standard practices are met. Ensure all work is done within the contract provisions. Facilitate the work and assist the Project Civil Lead in administration of contracts.Analyze problems and coordinate/document corrective actions with designers, vendors and contractors. Perform miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Project Civil Lead. |
