Project Coordinator - Shipbuilding experience is required. Gather, review and analyzes outfitting and furnishing requirements from the ship specifications and contract drawings. Utilize Microsoft Access to develop, manage and maintain an O&F Master Equipment List (MEL) for these requirements. Coordinates vendor data and drawings per find number/line item by creating and electronic library of vendor data and drawings and import this data into Access. Develop AutoCAD attributes on the C&A drawings for the extraction and import into Access for the various outfitting functional drawings.Develop Ship wide list drawings in Microsoft Access by extracting the specific data required per drawing SWBS from the MEL and maintain live link to the data. The duties described herein cover major duties as required. However, this does not exclude the requirements of performing related duties under normal conditions, and other duties directed by supervision.BS Degree in computer Science, Proficient in Microsoft Access and AutoCAD programming with C and VB code. Shipbuilding experience required. Experienced in Database Management preferred. |
