Site Quality Lead- Responsibilities will include the following: Lead efforts to insure site conformance to the E&CS Construction QA Manual and QC Procedures. Serve as on site interface with Corporate QC Coordinator. Lead efforts to identify and disseminate best practices. Lead on site efforts to implement and manage a contractor quality surveillance plan. Lead efforts to insure that everyone on site is familiar with the contents of the E&CS Construction QA Manual and QC Procedures and how the Program is implemented for the particular project. The candidate must have experience in QA/QC for soils, piling, concrete, steel erection, and ductwork.Thorough understanding of QA/QC inspection techniques and the codes, standards and procedures that is necessary to ensure quality construction. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and organizational abilities, well developed communication skills and able to initiate and maintain business relationships. Commitment to quality, confident, but with a diplomatic communications style. Attention to detail. Basic computer skills required.Perform periodic on site reviews of contractor’s and E&CS QA/QC programs including control processes and employee qualifications and/or certifications. Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred but not required. Industrial recognized certifications: ACI, AWS, NACE, NICET, etc. preferred, but not required. |
